Do you love supporting children to develop their education and help them achieve their goals? Then please get in touch we want to speak to you about a fantastic role within a Cannock school!

Our school is located in the Cannock area, easily accessible by car or public transport. They are looking for a dedicated Level 2/3 qualified teaching assistant to support a KS1 class.

What your day will look like
  • getting the classroom ready for lessons
  • helping children who need extra support to complete tasks
  • helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records
  • supporting teachers in managing class behaviour
  • supervising group activities
  • clearing away materials and equipment after lessons
  • leading reading groups
  • supporting in the delivery of Phonics schemes within the school
  • leading intervention groups for lower ability children
What you need to apply:

-        Evidence of working with children through adequate references
-        Passion and drive for supporting children within schools
-        Experience with Primary curriculum
-        Relevant qualifications for example: Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning within schools.
