Full-time EYFS Teaching assistant required for a primary school based in Coleshill.

Job description:
• Supporting children in a pre-school classroom based within a school setting.
• Being a key worker for a small group of children, monitoring development progress.
• Working with the team to plan engaging learning activities for the class.
• Deliver small group learning sessions focusing on specific areas of learning.
• Completing development observations.
• Providing feedback to the class teacher and families.

Ideal applications should:
• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent (ECT's and HLTA's will be considered for this role)
• Have effective experience supporting children in an EYFS setting or environment.
• Show a positive role model.
• Be dedicated to supporting children’s early education.
