About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, delivering activities planned by the class teacher
- Support students with SEMH and challenging behaviours, ensuring a positive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals to provide the best possible support
- Located in Oldbury, with great public transport links and parking available
✔ Strong understanding of SEMH and challenging behaviour
✔ Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education
✔ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education)
✔ Ability to commit to full-time hours (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
