Performing Arts Teacher
Smile Education is partnering with a leading secondary school near Solihull to welcome a creative and enthusiastic Performing Arts Teacher to their team starting April 2025. If you're passionate about inspiring young minds through drama, music, and creative expression, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Performing Arts Teacher, you will lead dynamic and engaging lessons that align with the curriculum. Your role is to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop performance skills. You may also be asked to cover general subject lessons, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their learning.
You’ll be joining a fun, dedicated, and professional team that will support you in reaching your full potential while making a meaningful impact on students' artistic growth and personal development.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Performing Arts, Drama, Music, Theatre Studies)
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience in delivering high-quality performing arts lessons
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students
  • A passion for working with young people and fostering a love for the performing arts
