Job Title: MFL Teacher (French Specialist)
Location: Redditch | Full-Time | Middle School
Start Date: After Easter Break 2025 until end of the summer term

Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming middle school in Redditch, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is expected to begin following the Easter break in 2025.

About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and accessible French lessons across Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3
  • Foster a love for languages and cultural awareness in pupils of all abilities
  • May involve delivering additional language lessons or curriculum support based on school needs and your skillset
  • Collaborate with staff to support students’ academic and personal development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Specialise in French, with a passion for language teaching and cultural enrichment
  • Be a positive role model with excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • Be flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute to wider school life
