Location: Redditch | Full-Time | Middle School
Start Date: After Easter Break 2025 until end of the summer term

Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming middle school in Redditch, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is expected to begin following the Easter break in 2025.

About the Role:

Deliver engaging and accessible French lessons across Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3
Foster a love for languages and cultural awareness in pupils of all abilities
May involve delivering additional language lessons or curriculum support based on school needs and your skillset
Collaborate with staff to support students’ academic and personal development

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialise in French, with a passion for language teaching and cultural enrichment
Be a positive role model with excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Be flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute to wider school life
