Are you a passionate and experienced Year 1 Teacher looking to make a positive impact on young learners? A Wolverhampton primary school, is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join its committed and vibrant team to support the delivery of lessons in Year 1. This role is full-time with the opportunity to bring your creativity and passion to the classroom.
About the Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in providing a strong foundation for children's learning, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Your ability to support children’s academic, social, and emotional development will be essential in helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils to succeed.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents, and using data to inform planning.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring strong home-school communication.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- Is committed to providing high-quality education and has a passion for developing young learners.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
