The Role: Primary Supply Teacher
As a primary supply teacher you will be delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the absence of a class teacher. You will require to manage classroom behaviour and create a safe and engaging learning envionment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising classroom behaviour.
- Assisting with pupil progress and development throughout lessons.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons to the whole class effectively.
- Working collaboratively with teachers across the school.
- Encouraging students to develop in a safe amd positve learning environment.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A QTS in Primary Education.
- Strong experience as a primary class teacher.
- The ability to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.
- A positive role model.
- Be part of a supportive and forward-thinking Trust dedicated to student success.
- Gain valuable experience working in a welcoming primary setting.
- Access ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.
