Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a successful Multi Academy Trust in Redditch, currently seeking passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teachers to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a single MAT, with roles available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

About the Roles:
  • Year 5 and Year 6 teaching positions available
  • Opportunities for subject specialist roles in Years 7 and 8 (e.g. English, Maths, Science, PE)
  • Work in a supportive and collaborative trust that prioritises staff wellbeing and pupil progress
  • Long-term placements with potential for permanent opportunities
We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 and/or Key Stage 3
  • A commitment to high-quality teaching and learning
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
