Role Overview:
- Teach a KS2 class, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
- Building and maintaining positve relationships with learners and colleagues.
- Creating a safe, enaging learning environment for all children.
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress and development.
- Work as the school’s second SENCO, supporting SEND students and assisting in the coordination of inclusive learning strategies.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 with full teaching responsibilities.
- SENCO qualification
- Passion for SEND and inclusive education
- Must be a positive role model to all.
