Are you a dedicated primary school teacher with experience supporting students in KS2?
Smile Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a primary school based in Tamworth who are seeking a KS2 teacher to join their team.
What will your role be?
- Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons to the whole class, covering teachers PPA time.
- Supervising and managing classroom behaviour.
- Marking and assessing students work completed within your lessons.
- Being able to adapt to different year groups across KS2 and being flexible to cover teacher absences.
- Creating a safe and engaging learning environment for all learners.
- Building positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
- Ensuring a clear and effective handover is provided to the class teacher on their return.
Successful applicants should:
- Hold a valid UK QTS.
- Have effective experience teaching within KS2 classes.
- Have a great knowledge of the KS2 school curriculum.
- Be a positive role model to all.
- Be adaptable and flexible to meet the schools requirements.
