Smile Education are exclusively partnered with St Bartholomew Multi Academy Trust, and we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our Team of supply staff!
Role Overview:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's early education journey. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance across the preschool classroom, delivering engaging activities to small groups of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and monitoring and tracking their development through observational assessments.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool setting, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for their growth and development
