Role: General Cover Supervisor

Ideal for Graduates
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic General Cover Supervisors to support local schools and colleges in the Failsworth area. If you’re a graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience or an individual with a strong passion for education, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms while teachers are absent, following pre-planned lessons.
- Ensure students remain on task and complete work set by the teacher.
- Provide effective behaviour management to create a productive and respectful learning environment.
- Assist with the general well-being of students and ensure their safety during lessons.
- Adapt to different subjects and year groups across local schools and colleges.
- Graduates with a passion for education are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with students.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different teaching environments.
- MUST HAVE A DEGREE FORM THE UK
